Terms of Service
To commission me it is required to go over my terms of service to continue working together.I am not open to commercial use at this time.As the artist, I retain all rights to the artwork. Unless discussed otherwise, I may use the work as part of my portfolio and to promote myself.
I am also allowed to deny any request for any reason I see fit.Being an artist is only a part time gig, I have other obligations outside of this thus meaning depending on the commission the completion of the work may vary. I will always send updates if something comes up so you are not let in the dark. Do not be afraid to ask for updates as well ! I am transparent with how far I’ve gotten.As the client you are permitted to :+ Use the commissioned work for any personal use+ Upload to other sites with proper credit+ Print it as long as there is no profit being made off my workAs the client, you are NOT permitted to :+ Remove my signature+ Alter my artwork in any way (resizing does not count)+ Take credit for the work givenLet it be known my work is not to be used as an NFT (Non Fungible Token) nor will my work be used for AI training.I accept payments through PayPal USD only, full payment must be sent before any work starts unless discussed beforehand.One the commission is started there will be no refunds, refunds are only available before the work has been started or if the artist has to cancel due to any reason.Any edits can be made during the sketching phase and all colours can be adjusted later on, however any added elements outside of potential missed ones will be subjected to additional charges.There are some contents I’m not comfortable drawing :+ IRL people+ Minor characters+ Fetish Art+ Political / Bigotry Art+ Mecha+ Overly complicated designs / backgrounds+ Fanart / Fandom characters

Reference Sheets : $200 BP
Reference sheets come with a standard front + back and a close up on the face. Body markings can also be included in the base price.
Any additions will be extra ranging but not limited to :+ Alternative outfit (back not included) ($20 each))+ Additional close ups (i.e hands, eyes, mouth etc ($10 each))+ Expressions ($15 each)+ Simplified Chibis ($10 each)
